DIVINE SEEDS OPEN NEW CAMPUS AT IKOT OSO

It was a moment of jubilation and excitement as management, staff and students of Divine Seeds Schools and Ministry witnessed the dedication and official opening of Ikot Uso Campus of the school located along Eket-Etinan Road.

In his opening remarks, the Chairman Divine Seeds Schools and Ministries, Pastor Inyang Tobby acknowledged and welcomed guests for finding time out of their busy weekend engagements to honour their invitation to attend the event. He thanked God for His grace which have sustain them from inception of the school till date, promising to reciprocate the gesture by sustaining the high educational standard that Divine Seeds is known for in Eket local government area.

Pastor Tobby listed the facilities at Ikot Uso Campus of the school to include 2 massive buildings with 30 classroom blocks, a massive library, boys hostel (Peace House), girls hostel (Praise House), Lawn Tennis Court, Basket Ball Pitch, Cafeteria, Staff Room, Swimming Pool which is under construction, etc.

He assured that as God will give them the strength, more structures will be erected including staff quarters, promising to partner with the community leaders to ensure that peaceful learning environment is maintained always.
Also speaking, the Director of Schools, Mrs. Idaraesit Tobby thanked God for taking the school thus far. She narrated how the school started in 2008 with less than 20 pupils and 7 staff but have grown steadily to assume an international standard. She commended the staff for their commitment to render quality service delivery which have distinguished Divine Seeds among its contemporaries, assuring of improved motivation for more educational attainment.
She noted that the three keys to success are determination, passion and skills which have been their driving force from inception till date.
The Village Head of Ikot Uso assured that the school will remain a peaceful place for students to learn, assuring students and staff of their safety.
A Community Leader and one of the Management Staff, Elder Victor Isemin said the school is a magnificent investment and landmark that have placed Ikot Uso in the educational map of Akwa Ibom State. He promised to do everything possible to ensure that the school grow while praying for fruitfulness and rapid growth.
A youth leader in the community prayed for the glory of God to dwell forever at the school which will also project Ikot Oso in good light as foreigners will also sent their children to Divine Seeds School.
