SUSPENDED GOVERNORS AID, EMMANUEL NICHOLAS RE ARRESTED AS MORE INCRIMINATING REPORTS UNFOLDS.
The notorious special assistant to the governor of Akwa Ibom State on documentation and research, Emmanuel Nicholas Okokon popularly called White Bom Bom (the crown fraud prince) has been re arrested.
White Bom Bom was re arrested on Friday following more incriminating reports over his dubious criminal activities following his close palling with the Chief of staff to governor Emmanuel and commissioner for works, Akparawa Ephraim Inyangeyen.
Reports said White Bom Bom used his close relationship with the chief of staff to dupe many contractors handling some contracts in the Ministry of works. One of the contractors according to reports had paid close to thirty million naira to White Bom Bom to deliver to his friend the Honourable commissioner in other to gain an important project, but White Bom Bom didn't deliver.
White Bom Bom is said to have collected cows worth N550,000 from some Fulani cattle distributors in Akwa Ibom during his 2019 Uruan State Assembly election but could not settle the whole bill. He tricked and promised to secure them permanent supply of cows to the government of Akwa Ibom State by governor Emmanuel . Report said it took the quick intervention of a top government house appointee to stop soldiers brought by the cattle men from storming government House press center to arrest White Bom Bom.
Emmanuel Nicholas, according to reliable sources gives Ministry of works contractors the impression that with him it is easy to secure important contracts worth Billions of naira from Akparawa Ephraim Inyangeyen, because he is also close to the commissioners wife as well as Her Excellency Dr Matha Emmanuel.
It was on the strength of that cord that White Bom Bom brokered a deal with some contractors. He sold a dummy to them that Mrs Ephraim Inyangeyen's should be presented with a beautiful birthday car gift in other to enhance their contract deals.
A smart con man he is. His suggestion received the acceptance of the business men and White Bom Bom Hushpuppied not less than N500 Million Naira into his account. He did not buy the birthday car gift for Mrs Ephraim Inyangeyen. He rather bought a beautiful Range Over Jeep for his beautiful girl friend. Though the vehicle has been tracked by the police.
In one notable occasion, according to inside sources, White Bom Bom once visited the shop he rented for his girl friend at Nwaniba road Uyo, and spent a physical cash of not less than N3 million on the spot on various bills for his girl friend. This included building materials for the ongoing duplex permanent residence he is building for his girl friend. He bought gifts and assorceries for the girls relatives and friends. etc etc.
Unfortunately according to reports, his poor wife fumed seriously on hearing the rumour. His girlfriend on hearing that the wife was gossiping her around, drove in one of the flashy Elantra car earlier given to her by White Bom Bom straight to the small shop of White Bom Bom's wife and said to her :
"Look here my friend, I learnt you are fuming and gossiping about me and white Bom Bom. Let me tell you, we are all stake holders in White Bom Bom. If he is your husband, he is also my husband. Oh don't you know there is another woman that has his two kids somewhere ? Why are you fooling yourself, be warned. White Bom Bom's wife according to report latter fell sick and was rushed to the hospital.
Government must be very careful with this Hushpuppi called Emmanuel Nicholas Okokon aka White Bom Bom. He is a fraudstar hiding under a prince cloak. He used his appointment as SA to the governor to dupe suspect innocent citizens especially vulnerable contractors. He is a disgrace to forum of governors aids.
